Up for auction is this lovely Tanzanite and Diamond 14K Ring from a woderful Washington Estate.
It s a size 4.75 and has a Tanzanite weighing approximately 1.2 cts and diamonds which weigh approximately 1/3 ct.
The Tanzanite has a Natural --We just looked at it (Nov. 23. 2009) again under the 10X Loupe and the Natural looks like it is kind of a surface scratch, but I can t feel anything with my finger. The two diamonds look a bit yellow. I thought it was a reflection off the Yellow Gold, but I m not so sure about that either.
I just lowered the price by $100.00---I hope that helps.
The ring in the front is 13mm north to south and the narrowest part of the back of the shank is 1.75mm north to south.
This is a very pretty ring.
